By registering, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. scrplay1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where age eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one scrplay1 account. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, scrplay1 will close all secondary accounts and may withhold any balances or bonus funds held in those accounts pending investigation.
2.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 KYC Verification. In accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and international gaming authority guidelines, scrplay1 may at any time request identity verification documents including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of scrplay1 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. scrplay1 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of those it is designed to serve.
3.1 Credentials Security. You are responsible for keeping your scrplay1 username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. scrplay1 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your scrplay1 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify scrplay1 customer support immediately via live chat. scrplay1 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your scrplay1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable wagering requirements and AML checks.
3.4 Account Closure by scrplay1. scrplay1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct contrary to the interests of the scrplay1 platform or its player community.
4.1 All financial transactions on the scrplay1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank online transfer, and other methods as may be made available from time to time.
4.2 scrplay1 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the name of the account holder. Any deposits made from an unverified or third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times may vary by payment method. scrplay1 targets same-day processing for verified accounts but does not guarantee specific processing timelines.
4.4 scrplay1 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request. Players may be required to provide supporting documentation. Withdrawals will be withheld during the period of any ongoing investigation into the account.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers available on the scrplay1 platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
5.2 Bonuses are intended for recreational play. scrplay1 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus (and any winnings derived from that bonus) where it reasonably determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive, structured, or professional manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

6.2 All bets are final once confirmed. scrplay1 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds that you changed your mind or misread the odds.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit scrplay1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
10.1 scrplay1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. scrplay1 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities to all registered players.
10.2 If you wish to self-exclude from the scrplay1 platform, please contact customer support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, and scrplay1 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from creating new accounts.
